01 - 2 (3 oz) boxes blue raspberry gelatin
02 - 2 cups boiling water
03 - 2 cups cold water
→ Snow & Decorations
04 - 1 cup mini marshmallows
05 - 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
06 - 1/2 cup assorted holiday sprinkles or candy snowflakes
07 - 8 clear plastic cups (6–8 oz each)
→ Optional Toppings
08 - Whipped cream, for garnish
09 - Gummy candies (bears, penguins, etc.), for decoration
# Method:
01 - In a large mixing bowl, dissolve blue raspberry gelatin in boiling water, stirring for 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
02 - Add cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir to combine.
03 - Distribute the gelatin evenly into 8 clear plastic cups, filling each cup about halfway.
04 - Place the cups in the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour until the gelatin is slightly set but not firm.
05 - Gently press mini marshmallows and white chocolate chips into the gelatin, then sprinkle candy snowflakes or sprinkles on top to create a snow effect.
06 - Return the cups to the refrigerator and chill for an additional 1 to 1.5 hours until fully set.
07 - Just before serving, top each cup with whipped cream and garnish with gummy candies if desired.
