The smoky flavor comes mainly from smoked paprika combined with the roasted red peppers and a touch of cayenne pepper for mild heat.

Can I make the green dip without mayonnaise?

Yes, you can substitute mayonnaise with extra sour cream or a plant-based alternative to maintain the creamy texture.

What dippers work best with these dips?

Fresh vegetables like cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, mini bell pepper strips, baby carrots, and snap peas pair excellently, along with gluten-free crackers and pita chips.

How should the dips be stored if not serving immediately?

Cover the dips tightly and refrigerate for up to 24 hours to keep them fresh before serving.
